The challenge posed by the Padaria Portuguesa to architect João Tiago Aguiar was to create a welcoming open space to work in. Due to the absence of natural light, Amorim light-coloured flooring endowed greater luminosity to the space while ensuring the thermal and accoustic comfort of cork.
